The Application only processes personal data provided voluntarily by the user through the "Feedback" (or "Comments") menu point.

Data will be stored until the feedback is investigated and answered, but for a maximum of 1 year from the date of submission. If the user requests the deletion of their data, it will be deleted immediately.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling. Data is only accessible to the Data Controller (and, if applicable, technical staff responsible for maintenance).
We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion.
